Our counselors serve the Wilmington Vet Center Community Access Point (CAP) in Dover located inside the Wilmington VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). While the CBOC is open M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Vet Center staff schedule appointments for that location only on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
